Pay nothing until you're completely happy
 We won't ask you for a cent until you've seen the final proof and are entirely satisfied with your invitation.
- Once you've submitted your order we'll send you a customised
invitation proof by e-mail (PDF format) for your approval (usually within a
week).
- You check this PDF proof to make sure the
layout, spelling, font, wording, etc. is exactly the way you want it, and tell us if you'd like any last minute adjustments to the design.
- Then, when you're
completely happy with your PDF proof, we'll post out a printed proof so you can see exactly what your invitation will look like before you finalise your order.
When you're happy with everything -- and only when you're happy with everything -- we'll
invoice you for payment (you can pay securely online, or send us payment
off-line if you'd prefer). As soon as your payment clears we process your
order and send out your invitations. You'll get e-mail updates on the
status of your order as it progresses, and once its sent out we'll give
you a tracking number so you can check its progress as it wings its way
to your door.
