Ordering your invitations couldn't be easier..!
How to order online - How to order by telephone
Ordering online
Just follow the steps outlined below to submit your order:
- Choose a design that you both like
- Click through to the product details page for that design
- Choose the Card Style you want from the drop-down list
- Choose the Image Style you want from the drop-down list
- Choose whether or not you want an image border
- Choose whether or not you want to include envelopes with your order
- Enter the main wording for your invitation (enter BLANK if you want a blank card)
- Enter any wording you want on the front of the card
- Enter a quantity (remember the minimum order we can process is for 30 cards)
- Click on "Add to Cart"
You will see details of the item you've added in your shopping cart (you can modify quantities and delete items at this point)
To add Evening Invitations and/or Thank You Cards to your order just click on the "Continue Shopping" link beneath the cart, return to the invitation gallery and repeat the steps above selecting alternative options and wording to suit.
- Once you're happy with your order click on "Checkout" and follow the on-screen prompts to enter your billing and shipping information.
- Check your order details and click on "Confirm"
Ordering by telephone
If you'd rather submit your order by telephone just jot down the details of your chosen design (Invitation Name, Image Style, Card Style, White Border, Envelopes, Card Wording, Number Required, etc.) and give us a call on +353 21 2348015. We'll take things from there.
What happens next?
Once we receive your order we'll check the information and will contact you if we need additional details. Likewise, if you think you've forgotten something or spot a mistake just drop us a line or give us a call. Don't worry, there's plenty of time to correct and tweak things like wording and layout before we finalise your design.
We should have your PDF proof with you in about a week.
- Check the PDF proof carefully. This is the best time to ask for changes in layout, style, font size and type. Let us have your feedback.
- We'll make any necessary changes and will provide a revised PDF proof for your approval.
- When you confirm you're happy with the PDF proof we'll print a hard-copy proof and send it to you through the post along with a sample card so that you can see the quality of our invitations for yourself.
- Once you're happy with everything we'll invoice you for your order, produce your invitations. and send them out to you.
That's it! You should receive your completed invitations within two weeks of us receiving your payment.
How long does it take?
That's a tricky question to answer -- because each order is unique, and getting your invitations just right is a two way process -- remember you can take as long as you like to examine and approve your PDF invitation proofs.
Generally the process breaks down as follows:
- Once we receive your order online, by e-mail, by telephone or through the post we'll normally produce your PDF proof within a week.
- Once you approve the online proof we'll get a printed proof out in the post to you, again normally within a week.
- Once you approve your printed proof and your payment clears we process your order and send your cards out to you, again normally within a week.
That's three weeks plus whatever additional time you need to approve the proofs at each stage.
This time-frame allows plenty of time, but ideally you'll want to order your invitations as soon as you can. That way you have plenty of leeway in the decision making process, and avoid the unnecessary stress of a last minute rush.
